Summary

This study tests whether personalized diet and exercise guidance from a nurse can help pregnant women with gestational diabetes control their blood sugar and have healthier babies. Sixty-six women will be split into two groups: one gets the extra nurse support, the other gets standard care. Researchers will track blood sugar levels, baby birth weight, and delivery complications to see if the nurse-led approach makes a difference.
