NCT ID NCT07382869
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether personalized diet and physical activity guidance from a nurse can help pregnant women with gestational diabetes control their blood sugar and reduce complications for their babies. Sixty-six women will be randomly assigned to either receive this extra support or continue with standard prenatal care. The goal is to see if the nurse-led program leads to better blood sugar levels and fewer birth issues like large baby size.
