New hope for young women: personalized cancer treatment aims to save fertility
NCT ID NCT07319429
Summary
This study is testing new, personalized drug treatments for young women with early-stage endometrial (uterine) cancer who wish to preserve their fertility. Instead of standard surgery, which removes the uterus, doctors will assign treatments based on the specific genetic profile of each patient's tumor. The goal is to effectively control the cancer while allowing women the chance to have children in the future.
