First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests personalized treatments for young women with endometrial cancer who want to preserve their fertility. By analyzing the genetic makeup of each tumor, researchers aim to match patients with the most effective therapy, such as hormone therapy or immunotherapy. The goal is to improve cancer remission rates while avoiding hysterectomy, allowing future pregnancy. The trial enrolls 260 women aged 18-45 with newly diagnosed or recurrent endometrial cancer.
