Summary
This study tests whether taking fecal transplants (processed stool from healthy donors) in capsule form can help control inflammation in people newly diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn's disease, or ulcerative colitis. Two hundred participants will receive either the transplant or a placebo, along with standard anti-inflammatory treatment, and be followed for a year. The goal is to see if this approach improves physical well-being and reduces disease activity.
