Summary
This study looked at how mental and muscle fatigue affect older adults' ability to walk and do a counting task at the same time. 66 participants, both young (20-40) and older (65-90), completed walking and counting tests before and after fatigue tasks. The goal was to understand how fatigue might change performance and help improve fall risk assessments.
