Summary

This study compares a fast, intensive version of cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT) to the usual weekly sessions for people with anxiety disorders like panic, PTSD, or OCD. The goal is to see if the intensive approach—16 sessions in just 2 weeks plus 4 follow-ups—improves daily functioning faster than 20 weekly sessions over 6 months. About 120 adults will participate, and their progress will be tracked for one year.
