Summary

This study tests whether offering financial rewards to both a smoker and a family member helps Alaska Native adults quit smoking. About 1,312 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the family-based incentive or standard support. Success is measured by a saliva test at 6 and 12 months to confirm they have stopped smoking.
