Summary
This study will observe 3,000 stroke patients in China who receive clot-busting medication more than 4.5 hours after their stroke started. The goal is to see how well this late treatment works and how safe it is in everyday hospital settings. Participants must be at least 18 years old and have had an acute ischemic stroke.
