Summary
This study will watch 3,000 stroke patients in China who receive clot-busting medicine more than 4.5 hours after their stroke started. Researchers want to see if this later treatment helps patients recover better and is safe in everyday hospital care. The study does not test a new drug but collects real-world information to guide future treatment decisions.
