Summary
This study looked at whether a 10-week structured exercise program can improve the mental and physical well-being of university students. 91 students took part, with one group doing exercise plus stress management and another doing stress management alone. The goal was to see if adding exercise leads to greater improvements in well-being and reduced distress.
