New app aims to ease student stress in thailand

Summary

This study will test a smartphone app called Mind Space that teaches mindfulness skills to Thai university students who are at risk for mental health problems. About 450 students from three universities will use the app for 8 weeks and be compared to a control group. The goal is to see if the app can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression and improve overall well-being.
