Summary
This study tests two exercise programs for people with long-term low back pain. One group does dynamic lumbar strengthening exercises plus myofascial release, while the other does Pilates plus myofascial release. Both groups also receive standard therapy like massage and ultrasound. The goal is to see which approach reduces pain and improves movement better over 8 weeks.
