Summary

This study tested whether a 4-week online mindfulness program (including meditation and chair yoga) could reduce pain severity in office workers with non-specific chronic low back pain. 104 participants were randomly assigned to either the mindfulness group or usual care. The main goal was to measure changes in pain, disability, anxiety, and quality of life over 6 months.
