Summary
This study looks at whether pelvic floor muscle exercises or swiss ball exercises work better for women aged 18-35 who have had low back pain for more than 3 months. The goal is to see which approach reduces pain, improves movement, and helps with daily activities. About 69 women will take part, and the results will help guide future physical therapy recommendations.
