First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tested whether virtual reality (VR) training could help people with long-term low back pain feel better and move more easily. Fifty adults with chronic non-specific low back pain took part. They received either VR training plus standard care or standard care alone. Researchers measured pain, disability, and how accurately they could sense their lower back position.
