Summary

This study tested whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) before surgery could slow endometrial cancer growth. Thirty women with early-stage endometrial cancer did supervised HIIT sessions before their planned hysterectomy. Researchers measured changes in a cancer growth marker (Ki-67) in tissue samples taken before and after the exercise program.
