Summary
This study looked at how a single session of resistance exercise, with or without extra stretching, affects blood vessels and blood pressure in healthy adults. 27 healthy men took part, and their blood vessel function and blood pressure were measured before, right after, and 30 minutes after exercise. The goal was to understand the short-term effects of these activities on the heart and blood vessels.
