Summary

This study aims to understand what people with spinal cord injury want in exercise programs to help them start and continue being physically active. Researchers will interview 30 adults with spinal cord injuries and healthcare professionals to design a survey about exercise preferences. The goal is to create better exercise programs by learning what features matter most to participants.
