Summary

This study aims to find out what kind of exercise program people with spinal cord injury would prefer to use and stick with. Researchers will interview 30 adults with spinal cord injury to understand their needs and then create a survey based on their feedback. The goal is to gather information to help design better, more appealing exercise programs in the future.
