Summary

This study looked at whether an 8-week group exercise program could improve physical abilities and sleep in adults aged 65 to 90. Eighty participants from community centers in Taiwan either joined the exercise program or continued their usual activities. The program included aerobic, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises. Researchers measured walking speed, strength, balance, and sleep quality before and after the program.
