NCT ID NCT07502963

First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether a supervised exercise program, started before chemotherapy and continued during treatment, helps adults aged 35-65 with breast, lung, or colon cancer tolerate chemo better. The goal is to see if exercise allows patients to receive more than 85% of the planned chemo dose and improves treatment response. Seventy participants will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or usual care.
