NCT ID NCT07502963

First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether a supervised exercise program, started before chemotherapy and continued during treatment, can help adults aged 35-65 with breast, lung, or colon cancer better tolerate chemo and improve its effectiveness. Participants will be randomly assigned to the exercise program or usual care. The goal is to see if exercise allows patients to receive more of their planned chemo dose and increases the chance of a complete response.
