Summary

This study looks at whether a structured exercise program (30 minutes, 5 days a week) can help children and young adults aged 2-25 who are newly diagnosed with cancer and undergoing chemotherapy. The goal is to see if exercise helps maintain physical function and improve quality of life. Participants are randomly assigned to either the exercise group or a control group.
