Summary

This study looked at whether a 6-week exercise program could help improve memory in adults with idiopathic generalized epilepsy (IGE). 71 participants either exercised or did not, and researchers measured memory and brain changes. The goal was to see if exercise offers a drug-free way to ease memory problems common in epilepsy.
