Summary

This study looks at two types of exercise for frail adults aged 70 and older: high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT). The goal is to see which one better improves heart and lung fitness and reverses age-related decline. Participants will exercise on a stationary bike as part of their regular care at a hospital center in France.
