NCT ID NCT07211334
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at two different exercise programs on a stationary bike for frail adults aged 70 and older. One program uses short bursts of hard pedaling (HIIT), while the other uses steady, moderate pedaling (MICT). The goal is to see which type of exercise better improves heart and lung fitness and helps reverse age-related decline. About 92 participants will take part during their regular care at a hospital health center.
