First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at two different exercise programs for frail older adults to see which one better reduces the risk of falling, fear of falling, and improves physical abilities. About 60 participants who are frail but can walk will take part. The goal is to find the best exercise approach to help seniors stay active and safe.
