Summary

This pilot study tests a simple strength and resistance exercise program designed for high-risk pregnant women who are on bed rest in the hospital. The goal is to see if these gentle movements can improve their physical health, mood, sleep, and overall quality of life compared to standard care. About 20 women will participate, and the study will also check if the program is easy to follow and satisfying.
