First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a physical activity education program to adapted exercise helps people with mild or early major neurocognitive disorders (like early dementia). About 34 participants will be split into two groups: one doing only adapted physical activity, the other doing the same plus education. Researchers will measure changes in activity level, thinking skills, and quality of life over 6 months.
