First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding physical exercise to cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) helps older adults with generalized anxiety disorder more than CBT alone. About 53 adults aged 60+ with a primary diagnosis of GAD will take part. The goal is to see if the combination reduces worry and leads to higher remission rates, while also checking effects on mood, sleep, and quality of life.
