Summary
This study looked at whether adding physical exercise to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) helps older adults with generalized anxiety disorder more than CBT alone. About 53 adults aged 60+ with a primary diagnosis of GAD took part. The goal was to see if the combination leads to greater symptom reduction and higher remission rates.
