Brain and body boost: new study aims to help stroke seniors stay strong

Summary
This study looks at whether exercise, cognitive training, or both can improve the physical and mental abilities of adults aged 60 and older who have had a stroke and also have high blood pressure or diabetes. About 444 participants from community health centers in five Chinese cities will take part in a 12-month program, followed by another 12 months of monitoring. The goal is to find better ways to manage the health of older adults with multiple chronic conditions.
