Summary

This study looks at whether exercise, brain training, or both can help people aged 60 and older who have had a stroke and also have high blood pressure or diabetes. About 444 participants in Chinese cities will take part in a 12-month program, with results tracked for another year. The goal is to see if these activities improve overall health and daily function.
