Scientists track blood sugar spikes during exercise
NCT ID NCT07209930
Summary
This study aims to understand how consistently exercise affects blood sugar levels in people with and without Type 1 diabetes. Researchers will monitor 24 adults (12 with diabetes, 12 healthy) while they cycle or rest after breakfast, tracking glucose with sensors and finger pricks. The goal is to learn if people's blood sugar responds the same way each time they exercise, which could help improve diabetes management.
