Summary

This study aims to understand how predictable blood sugar changes are during and after exercise. Researchers are comparing 12 healthy adults with 12 adults living with Type 1 Diabetes. Participants will cycle or rest after a standard meal while their glucose is closely monitored with sensors and finger-prick tests.
