Phone-Based fitness program aims to ease chemo side effects
NCT ID NCT05254678
Summary
This study tested whether a 10-week exercise program delivered through a mobile app is a practical way to help breast cancer patients during chemotherapy. Researchers compared a general exercise program to one that also included specific physiotherapy for the arms and shoulders. The main goal was to see if patients could stick with the program and if it helped improve arm function, fitness, fatigue, and quality of life.
