Phone app aims to ease chemo side effects for breast cancer patients

NCT ID NCT05254678

Summary

This study tested whether a 10-week exercise program delivered through a mobile app is practical and helpful for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Researchers worked with 32 patients to see if the app-based exercises could improve shoulder mobility, physical fitness, and overall well-being during treatment. The goal was to find a convenient way to help patients stay active and manage treatment side effects from home.
