Summary

This study tests a procedure called EUS-RFA, which uses a thin tube with a camera and a tiny heat probe to destroy pancreatic cysts and small tumors. It is for people who cannot have surgery or choose not to. The goal is to shrink or eliminate these growths, reduce the need for frequent scans, and lower the risk of complications from surgery.
