First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study is testing a procedure called EUS-guided radiofrequency ablation (EUS-RFA) for people with certain pancreatic growths who cannot or choose not to have surgery. The goal is to see if this minimally invasive treatment can shrink or destroy the growths, reduce the need for frequent scans, and lower the risk of complications from surgery. About 50 participants will be followed for one year to check safety and long-term results.
