Essential oils put to the test: do they really support immunity?
NCT ID NCT07482644
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Sep 09, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study will test whether using essential oils (by smelling, applying to skin, or swallowing capsules) can improve immune health in healthy adults aged 18 to 45. Forty participants will use either the oils or a placebo for 30 days. Researchers will measure changes in blood, saliva, and self-reported well-being to see if the oils have any effect.
