Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ES014 in 50 adults with desmoid tumors, a type of non-cancerous but often painful growth. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or control the tumors and improve symptoms. Participants must have tumors that are growing or causing pain not helped by other treatments.
