Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called cirtuvivint in about 25 people with advanced soft-tissue sarcoma that has not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if the drug can stop or slow tumor growth for at least three months. Cirtuvivint works by blocking certain enzymes involved in cell division, and is not yet approved in Europe.
