Summary
This study tests a new drug called ES014 in 50 adults with desmoid tumors, a rare type of growth that can cause pain and other problems. The goal is to see if ES014 can shrink or control the tumors and improve quality of life. Participants must have tumors that are growing or causing pain not helped by non-opioid pain relievers.
