Summary
This Phase 2 trial is testing a drug called ES014 in 50 adults with desmoid tumors, a type of non-cancerous but often painful growth. The drug is given as an IV infusion every two weeks. The main goal is to see if the tumors shrink, while also checking safety and quality of life.
