Summary
This early-phase study tests a new oral drug called E7386 in about 60 adults with advanced solid tumors (like desmoid tumors) that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects. Researchers will also watch for any tumor shrinkage, but this is not a cure — the drug aims to control the disease.
