Summary
This study tests whether letting patients report their symptoms online can help schedule follow-up visits more flexibly. About 250 adults with chronic skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis will be assigned to either standard fixed appointments or a system that adjusts visits based on their monthly reports. The goal is to see if this approach reduces the number of clinic visits while still keeping patients engaged in their care.
