First seen Mar 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs—cabazitaxel (a chemotherapy) and enzalutamide (a hormone blocker)—in people with prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can lower PSA levels, a marker of cancer activity. About 37 participants are enrolled in this early-phase trial.
