First seen Jun 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether certain genetic changes (mutations) in endometriosis tissue are linked to resistance to progesterone therapy. Researchers will compare tissue samples from 135 women with and without endometriosis. The goal is to better understand why some cases don't respond to hormone treatment, which could lead to more personalized care.
