NCT ID NCT06790004
First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks back at 700 patients with endometrial cancer to compare two surgical methods: laparoscopy (keyhole surgery) and laparotomy (open surgery). The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer complications and better long-term survival, especially for patients at higher risk of the cancer coming back. Researchers hope the results will help doctors choose the best surgery for each patient.
