Surgery plus IVF may boost pregnancy chances in severe endometriosis

Summary
This study looks at whether having surgery to remove deep endometriosis from the bowel before IVF helps women with infertility get pregnant. About 120 women will be randomly assigned to either surgery plus IVF or IVF alone. The main goal is to see how many achieve a clinical pregnancy after two IVF cycles.
