Summary

This study tests a new online tool that gives patients taking five or more medications personalized information about drug interactions and genetic risks. 120 adults from four European countries will use the tool for 12 weeks and answer questionnaires about their understanding and confidence. The goal is to see if the tool helps patients feel more in control and reduces medication risks.
