Summary

This study tests a new online tool designed to help people taking five or more medications understand their drugs better and avoid harmful interactions. About 120 adults from four European countries will use the tool for 12 weeks and answer questionnaires. The goal is to see if the tool increases patients' knowledge and confidence in managing their own medication safely.
